• AI Translation Accuracy: Translations are handled by advanced Artificial Intelligence models. While we strive for perfection, accuracy is generally around 95%. Users are strongly advised to review the final documents for critical legal, medical, or official use.
• Service Usage: This service provides OCR extraction and language translation. You must have the legal right to upload and process the documents you submit.
• Data Privacy: We process your documents securely. Uploaded files and generated links are automatically invalidated and deleted from our active storage 24 hours after processing to ensure your privacy.
• Limitation of Liability: Innovai Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of extracted or translated documents.

Refunds & Cancellations

DocMitra provides a digital online processing service billed at ₹27 INR per document page.

Since processing and computational costs are incurred immediately upon document submission, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the translation process has started or is completed.

However, if you experience a technical failure, your document fails to process successfully, or payment is deducted without service rendering, please write to us at info@innovai.in.

For fast support, please include:

Our support team will verify the failure and process a manual refund or manual processing within 24 hours.
